Our Freight & Return Polices:

Shipping and Handling:

      Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order.  Email/Web Orders over $200.00 will be freight free with the exception of: bikes, tires, trikes, windshields & trailers within the 48 states only. Phone orders require $400.00 to receive FREE FREIGHT offer. Oversized or heavy (50 lb.+) items may have an additional shipping cost.  Generally shipments will arrive in 3-5 days. We  do offer 2-day and next day service for an additional charge. Due to the  fuel surcharges being forwarded to us, we may adjust our freight charges if needed. 

For orders shipped outside the 48 states, we offer you the choice of  Fed Ex  Air or US Postal office for an additional charge. Be sure to let us know which service you desire. US Post office insurance does not cover the order once it  leave the continental USA. Most Canadian shipments will be sent via the US Post Office.

Returns:

If you wish to return any item, please call, as all return items must be authorized and returned to us with in 30 days of the original invoice date.  All returns must be in new unopened condition, any item not in the original packaging  will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If an item is returned damaged, it may be refused and return to the customer. The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, original freight charges are also non refundable.

    If you received an incorrect item or if your ordered the wrong item, we will exchange the unopened item for any item you want with no restocking fee plus we will pay the return freight to you.

    Sorry, there are no returns on electrical items, if the package is open. Special order items are not returnable, if an item is "special order" you will notified of it's status noted on your invoice. Hondaline items and all closeout items are not returnable.

     Warranty returns: Most items carry a manufacturers warranty. These warranties are supplied by the manufacturers themselves, Gene's Gallery makes no warranty claim. We will take any item back that falls within it's warranty period, return it the manufacturer and notify you of the decision the manufacturers as to a replacement, refund or denial.

    When you return any item: include a copy of the original invoice, with a note specifying why you are returning the item. It may helpful to insure the item as we are not responsible for lost or damage boxes. Be sure to repack the item using the peanuts that it came in, newspaper can scratch chrome finishes and will be refused.

    Please call us as we do offer technical help with the installation of the accessory, sometimes this can solve problem and save the trouble of returning an item.

We collect sales tax on all in-state orders as required by the state of Missouri. Out of state orders are sales tax free. Starting November 2005 Missouri began charging $1.00 tax on all tires & .50 on all battery sold, this charge will be added to all orders of tires & batteries.
